How It Works
- Booked parties & events will be given a reserved table/area - your party's home base for food, presents, and belongings
- Parties include personal event staff during your event.
- Bring in cake or cupcakes
- No outside food or drinks allowed. Join us at the New Dig-In Cafe! Food and drinks are available for purchase.
- Every player will need to sign a waiver
- Space for 100+ available
- Minimum $50 deposit required to book your party
- Party decorations are allowed
- Parties include a Prize Wheel spin for birthday boy/girl! For parties booked more than 48 hours in advance.
- We open during weekdays for private parties for a $100 private fee + package cost for 10 or more players
- If you have your own party supplies please feel free to drop them off and we will set it up for you

Yes! We provide everything that is needed to play the games, just bring your own cake and decorations!
If you choose a plan that includes mini paintball, there is no need to bring your own paintball equipment or paintballs.
Yes. Everyone must fill out a waiver. You can do this in advance online to save time. Use this link to sign your waiver.
No outside drinks are permitted. We have bottled water, sodas, and Powerade for sale at the Dig-In Cafe. Drinks are in addition to the price of the party.

Yes! Feel free to bring in any decorations you would like.
Plan on arriving before your party starts if you need to set up/decorate. And allow for time to clean up after your party ends. We do ask that you leave the silly string at home.
We provide everything that is needed to play our games, however, we do not provide any of the birthday accessories or decorations, we will leave that up to you!
- Arrive 15 minutes early (example: if your party starts at 2:00 pm. Tell your guests to arrive at 1:45 pm.

We run a tight schedule and do our best to provide Jack’s guests with the best experience possible. We need your help in ensuring that your guests arrive around 15 minutes BEFORE your booked time, to make sure we can get your group started on time. Late guests and parties make it difficult to provide an excellent experience.
When you book your party online, we use the information you enter to provide the proper staff at Jack’s for your party size. Groups that have a significant difference in players from their reservation may forfeit their deposit. We reserve the right to hold or refund deposits.
Reply to the confirmation email you received with your request if you would like to make changes.
Please email us as soon as you know you need to reschedule your party. (We understand things happen and would be happy to move your deposit and group to another day.)

Additional players will add to the cost of your party based on the per player rate for your party package.

Group sizes of 10-14 players work well. With larger groups, we will rotate them through activities.

The minimum age for Gel Blaster® is 8 years old.
The minimum age for Ultimate Laser Tag is 5 years old.
Jack’s Escape rooms are a mental challenge, not a physical one. You will need to use problem-solving skills, figured out puzzles and solve riddles. We don’t have a set age limit on the escape rooms, but use your best judgment. Kids under the age of 16 will need to be accompanied by an adult.
Our helpful and friendly staff will help you move through your party and make sure everyone is having a blast! Showing up early and having your waivers filled out in advance will reduce your wait time, and increase your fun!
Wear comfortable clothes and shoes you can run around in. We suggest wearing a long sleeve top and pants to help protect your skin from the impact of a mini paintball as you’re still shooting projectiles at each other.
All booked birthday parties and events include a reserved table area. The tables are located in the center of the Jack’s building, surrounded by all of our awesome games and activities!
